The legal representatives of respondent no.1 - original claimants have filed the present application seeking to withdraw the balance amount of compensation deposited by the appellant - W.C.L. 2] The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the appeal filed by W.C.L. was partly allowed vide judgment and award dated 2/5/2016. The balance amount of compensation, however, is still lying with the Registry.

3] The learned Counsel for the appellant has no objection if the application, as prayed for, is allowed. 4] In view thereof, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation lying with the Registry along with interest accrued thereon. The amount be disbursed in terms of the judgment and award passed by this Court.
