On 26/03/2018 the following order was passed : By consent of the parties, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the matter is already fixed before the Trial Court on 31.03.2018. On that date, the petitioner/defendant shall remain present before the Court for the purpose of crossexamination and the trial Court shall permit the evidence to go on.
