By present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 17 days in filing the Appeal against the order of conviction dated 22.05.2019 in S.C. No.114/2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur.

The learned APP and counsel for respondent no.2 opposed the prayer.
