Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the challenge is only to the quantum of compensation. Hence, notice to respondent No.6 is dispensed with.

The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 311 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 15/12/2018 passed by the Claims Tribunal, Washim in M.A.C.P. No.18/2012.

In view of the reasons stated in the said application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

The civil application stands disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.
