The criminal application filed by the applicant under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure came to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

The applicant has filed application praying for restoration of the Criminal Application, and as there is delay in filing the restoration application, this application praying for condonation of delay is filed.

In paragraph No.9 and in the prayer clause, there are blanks and the number of days by which the restoration application is delayed are not stated. 4.

In view of the serious lapse on the part of the applicant, Criminal Application No.120 of 2021 is rejected

22.Cri.APPP No.120.21 with costs of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One Thousand only) to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. 5.

The applicant will be at liberty to file fresh application praying for condonation of delay. 6.
