By this application, the appellants/applicants are seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment dated 17/10/2018 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Hinganghat in L.A.C. No.03/2017. 3.

On depositing the amount of compensation within four weeks, the implementation, effect and operation of the impugned judgment be stayed till further orders.

On failure to deposit the amount within four weeks, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
