We have perused the order impugned dated 15.12.2021.

The order impugned notes that in view of the interim order in Writ Petition 905/2015 preferred by the petitioner, she is granted provisional approval from 01.10.2015, and if that date is considered, she has completed only six years of continuous service in the pay scale assigned. The order impugned proceeds to state that the petitioner has not completed 12 years of service as would entitle her to the benefit of the assured Career Progression Scheme.

The learned counsel for the petitioner Smt. Deshpande states that the challenge to the order impugned shall be incorporated in the pending petition, if necessary by amending the petition.

In this view of the matter, leaving all contentions open, we dispose of the petition as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
