The petitioner is seeking regularization of her plot and release of the same under Maharashtra Gunthewari Developments (Regularization, Up-gradation and Control) Act, 2000 for which though demand notices were issued by the respondent-Nagpur Improvement Trust on 07.11.2016 and 12.09.2017, the petitioner has failed to pay the said amount. 3.

Apart from above, we are informed that in relation to title of the aforesaid plot, Regular Civil Suit No.301 of 2015 is pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nagpur.

In addition to above, it is also claimed that the Nagpur Improvement Trust is no longer planning authority in the matter. In this background, we dispose of the writ petition by permitting the petitioner to approach the Nagpur Municipal Corporation particularly in case Regular Civil Suit No. 301 of 2015 is decided, as it is clearly mentioned that the issue of regularization is kept pending as the aforesaid suit is subjudice before the Civil Court. 6.
