This is an application for condonation of delay of 96 days in preferring the appeal against the order of conviction.

The contention is that the mother of the accused aged about 65 years was suffering from Hepatitis and Typhoid from 10.08.2023 to 25.08.2023 and thereafter she was suffering from weakness.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 96 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. The appeal be registered.
