MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.1541 OF 2015 Prayer is to restore the writ petition as its registration is refused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration is revoked. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four weeks.

If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall revive.
