By this application, respondent Nos.1 to 5 are seeking to withdraw amount of interest accrued on the amount deposited by the appellant.

The appeal is already dismissed vide judgment dated 11.8.2022.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that office of the Court has already verified relevant documents and he prayed to transfer of amount of interest accrued on the amount deposited by the appellant.

In this view of the matter, amount of interest accrued on the amount deposited by the appellant be disbursed to respondent Nos.1 to 5 on due verification and identification. 5.

If documents are already verified, the amount be transferred directly to bank accounts of respondent Nos.1 to 5. 6.

The application is disposed of.
