Since it is submitted that the respondent nos.3 and 4 are taking education at Nagpur, it would be inconvenient if the amount of compensation is transferred to the Claims Tribunal at Akola.

Hence, by partly modifying the directions issued in First Appeal No.722 of 2017, it is held that respondent nos.3 and 4 are entitled to receive the amounts awarded to them at Nagpur itself. The amount of Rs.4,38,750/- with accrued interest shall be paid to the respondent nos.3 and 4 each at Nagpur. Thereafter, the remaining amount shall be transferred to the Claims Tribunal, Akola as ordered.

Civil application is disposed of in above terms. JUDGE APTE
