The challenge in this petition is with regard to non-compliance of the directions issued in the order dated 10.10.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4119 of 2018.

Learned counsel Shri S.R. Narnaware appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the directions given in para Nos.8 and 9 of the aforesaid order. He submitted that the Scrutiny Committee as per directions has decided the caste claim of the petitioner by order dated 22.07.2021 and the same is invalidated.

Considering the aforesaid submission nothing survives in the petition for adjudication. Hence, the petition

4 cp47.19.odt stands disposed of. However, even if the petitioner feels to challenge the order of invalidation, he is at liberty to take appropriate course in law.
