2. In the application it is stated that applicant no.2 is a legatee on the basis of will dated 05.10.2012. Copy of said will is tendered along with pursis. Same is taken on record.

Shri N. D. Khamborkar, learned counsel appearing for respondent opposes the application on the ground that the will in question cannot be relied upon.

Keeping the objections of the respondent as regards genuineness of said will and of applicant no.2 being the legatee, the civil application is allowed. The Amendment be carried out within a period of 10 days. Civil Application is disposed of.
