By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition, which is imposed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and after perusal of the bail order, it reveals that the condition was imposed with an intention that the applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence. The witnesses are yet to be examined. In view of that, I have shown my disinclination to entertain the application. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has to attend the meeting of a Gram Panchayat, as he is elected as Upsarpanch of the said village. As far as the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is concerned, the applicant is at liberty to attend the said meeting through video conferencing.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
