ORDER

(Passed on 14th December, 2019) Appellant with counsel Shri A.B. Patil and Shri A.N. Patil Assistant Engineer Grade-I Minor Irrigation Divsion No.2 Chikli is present. The appellant has tendered pursis today, which is marked as "X" for identification to withdraw the appeal. The instant appeal is covered under the Government Regulations dated 3rdNovember, 2016 and 23rd February, 2017 and therefore, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. No cross appeal / objection reported to be pending. No sufficient reason to refuse withdrawal.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'X'. No Costs.

The appellant shall deposit the amount of compensation before this Court within a period of three months from the date of award. The respondents/claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the reference Court/High Court, alongwith accrued interest. Appellant to inform respondents about this order by RPAD.
