The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties on the following terms : [1] The respondent-corporation would reinstate the petitioner in service and provide him lighter work, which the petitioner would be able to perform, by protecting his pay-scale. [2] The reinstatement of the petitioner would be made within a period of four weeks, with continuity of service. [3] Fifty percent of the salary for the period during which the petitioner was out of service would be paid to the petitioner, within a period of two months.

[4] No costs.
