Heard the learned Counsel appointed for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The learned A.P.P. seeks time to verify the facts. However, the appeal is presented by a convict, who is in prison, after procuring legal aid. As such, we do not see any mala fide. Delay of 179 days in filing appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
