DATED : 21-1-2015 There shall be interim stay to the execution of the impugned order, on condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount as per the impugned order with the Registry of this Court till 15-4-2015, failing which the interim order shall stand vacated.

If the amount is deposited within stipulated time, the non-applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount as per the impugned order, on filing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court that in case the appeal is allowed, the non-applicant shall redeposit the amount with interest as would be determined by this Court, within stipulated time, with the Registry of this Court. The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
