This is an application for condonation of 170 days delay caused in filing appeal against impugned judgment and decree, dated 30.04.2019 passed by passed by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in L.A.C. No.172/2014. The reasons have been stated in the application. 3.

In my opinion on the basis of these reasons, case is made out for condonation of delay. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing appeal is condoned.
