The only prayer made by the petitioner in this criminal writ petition is for a direction against the respondents to categorize the petitioner for his premature release as per the Government Resolution dated 15.3.2010.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the proposal for the premature release of the petitioner is remitted to the State Government and the same would be decided as early as possible.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the criminal writ petition with a direction against the respondents to decide the proposal of the petitioner in accordance with law within six weeks. Order accordingly.
