Heard Shri Dhawas, learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2) The Petitioners' grievance is that the Respondent Bank in which the Petitioners hold an Account is not disbursing the amount to the Petitioners ostensibly on the ground that some other relatives of the Petitioners are raising an objection regarding their entitlement.

1402wp786.22 3) It is not possible for us in writ jurisdiction to declare that the Petitioners alone, either by succession or by way of will, are entitled to the properties that they claim to have inherited and thereupon direct the Respondent Bank to permit the Petitioners to operate the Bank Account overriding the objections of their relatives. The Petitioners can avail of a civil remedy for declaration of their entitlement and pursue the same. 4) Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
