Heard learned Advocate for the petitioners. He submits that he be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the designated Court under the MPID Act, Nagpur for taking steps under Section 7(4) of the MPID Act. 2.

Taking into consideration the prayer in the petition and when there is a specific provision it is expected that the petitioner should knock the doors of the designated Court first.

In view of the submission on behalf the learned Advocate for the petitioner the petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed.
