This application is preferred by the State for correcting certain inadvertent errors in the judgment dated 14/10/2020 in Writ Petition No.6326 of 2018.

02] Learned Counsel for the original petitioner Mr. Sudame has no objection if the errors are corrected.

03] We allow the application in terms of prayer, which reads thus : "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant application and thereby replace the words "Assistant Binder" appearing in the judgment and order dated 14/10/2020 in instant petition need to be substituted in place of words "Binding Auxiliary". The said words Assistant Binder in Para 3 line 7 and 8 as also in Para 4 line 3, last line of Para 7 (page 5) so also in Para 9 line No.6 (page 7) of judgment. Para 18 line No.5 (page 32 of the judgment) and Para 21 line No.3 (page 34) of the judgment, while also directing the petitioner to correct the wordings in the cause title as against the respondent No.4 and any other place in the petition, in the interest of justice."
