This is an application for withdrawal of entire decreetal amount of compensation, with accrued interest, deposited in this Court.

In view of the fact stated in the application, the respondent No. 1 is allowed to withdraw the amount. The amount be paid to respondent No. 1, with accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that he will return the said amount in case the appeal is decided against him alongwith interest at the rate that will be determined by the Court. The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
