Heard Shri Zinjarde, Advocate for the applicant. He has submitted that condition in the order dated 31.03.2015 to attend Police Station Digras be relaxed. Shri Dhumale, learned APP pointed out order dated 24.06.2016 and submitted that the order was modified. It was considered by the Court now there is no necessity to modify the order.

After passing the order on bail application in the year 2015 much more development is there. Investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed before the Sessions Court, Nagpur. The present applicant is resident of Nagpur. Now, there is no necessity to direct the applicant to visit Police Station Digras once in a month. Hence, the condition in the order dated 31.03.2015 and 24.06.2016 is liable to be recalled.

The application is allowed as prayed.

The condition mentioned in the order dated 31.03.2015 and
