DATED : 10-01-2023 We allow the oral motion of the learned Counsel Mr. S.G. Joshi and permit him to amend the description of respondent 2 from " Divisional Commissioner, Chandrapur" to "Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur". 2.
The learned Counsel for respondent-Zilla Parishad states that the report under Section 39(1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959 is already forwarded to the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur. 3.
We expect the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur to take an appropriate decision, after hearing the parties, and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
