Regular Criminal Case No.4644/2015 arising out of First Information Report No.356/2015, which is pending on the file of 33rd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nagpur is quashed and set aside subject to applicants depositing costs of rupees fifteen thousand and respondent no.2 depositing costs of rupees five thousand with the Registry of this Court within two weeks.

On depositing the amount, the same be paid to Home for Aged Persons, Untkhana, Nagpur.
