Shukre, J Dated : April 12, 2017 Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with a prayer for issuance of direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.

Leave to withdraw the bail application is granted and the application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, it is directed that the trial Court shall expeditiously dispose of the trial against this applicant and others and in any case, within three months from the date of order. If for reasons beyond control the trial could not be so disposed of within the stipulated period of time, this applicant shall be entitled to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court on the ground of delay in disposal of the case and if such an occasion arises, the same shall be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law.
