The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of passing an order in favour of the Petitioner on 18 October 2021 by Respondent No.3 directing the appointment on compassionate basis, the order is not being complied with. This is a matter of administrative discipline. The Petitioner has not approached the Education Officer pointing out the same.

The Petitioner will approach the Education Officer and since it is his order that is not being complied with, the Education Officer will take necessary action as per law in respect of the order already passed by him at the earliest. It is made clear that direction SUMIT

2 / 2 25-WP-1069-2022 is not to be considered as approving the merits of the order dated 18 October 2021 in case any person challenges the order in future. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
