This application is moved by respondent No.2 - Returning Officer seeking permission to transfer sealed Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) to other place for the reason that existing place is required for the purpose of use in the ensuing Loksabha Elections.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Chopde fairly gave no objection in shifting the EVM machines as prayed for.

In view of above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) and disposed of.
