Shri Shyam Dewani, learned counsel for the petitioner, relies upon vide Pursis St.No.849 of 2015. He submits that after the petition came to be filed, the services of the petitioner have been terminated and hence, the writ petition should be disposed of with liberty to the College Tribunal.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for keeping all contentions raised in the petition open.
