This is an application seeking permission to file memo of appeal along with application for condonation of delay and for grant of stay.

It appears that, instead of filing of Second Appeal, Writ Petition No. 5760 of 2016 came to be filed. However, this Court by order dated 10.07.2019, permitted the appellant to convert the writ petition into the second appeal. However consideration of Writ Petition and Second Appeal are entirely different. Therefore, permission to file copy of memo of appeal alongwith other application is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of.
