I was not inclined to grant bail.

The learned Counsel for the applicant Mr. Sirpurkar states that rather than rendering an elaborate order the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the application and the trial be expedited.

The submission is reasonable.

Considering the facts, it would be appropriate if there is a speedy trial.

The trial Court is requested to frame the charge, if not already framed within the next Forty Five days and to complete the trial within the next six months. 6.

If there is no significant progress in the trial, and
