This is an application seeking for condonation of delay of 22 days caused in filing appeal to challenge the order dated 11.11.2022 rejecting the custody of minor child.

Considering the reasons stated in para 2 of the application and the less quantum of delay, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay for giving opportunity to the applicant to contest the order in appeal. 4.

In view of above, application stands allowed and delay stands condoned.
