DATE : March 28, 2022 In these writ petitions the petitioners have sought a direction to be issued to the Collector, Buldhana to decide the representations made by them on 23/01/2019 and 27/09/2019 respectively. As per those representations compensation was denied for the houses standing on the lands that were acquired. On 13/05/2021 this Court had granted liberty to the petitioners to approach the Collector with regard to the aforesaid representations. Pursuant thereto on 25/10/2021 a decision has been taken and the petitioners have been held entitled to receive compensation for the constructed property. In view of aforesaid the grievance of the petitioners insofar as representations dated 23/01/2019 and 27/09/2019 stands resolved. If the petitioners seek to avail remedy under Section 64 of the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency
