This is an application for correction in the cause title of the Criminal Application (BA) No. 1140/2019 and in order dated 06.01.2019.

At the outset Mr. S.W. Sambre, learned counsel for the applicant tenders an apology before this Court for committing mistake. The Criminal Application (BA) No. 1140/2019 was filed for grant of regular bail. In the said application the name of the applicant was typed as "Nilesh s/o Sheshrao Uike". After hearing the case of the prosecution, this Court on 06.01.2020 allowed the application and granted bail.

By this application learned counsel for applicant submits that typographical mistake occured in Criminal Application (BA) No. 1140/2019 regarding name of the

appp72.20.odt applicant. He submits that the name of the applicant is "Nitesh s/o Sheshrao Uike" and not "Nilesh s/o Sheshrao Uike". The charge-sheet also shows the name of the applicant as Nitesh s/o Sheshrao Uike. In that view of the matter, I pass the following order:

OREDR (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant is permitted to correct the cause title of Criminal Application (BA) NO.1140/2019 by correcting the name of the applicant as "Nitesh s/o Sheshrao Uike". Also the necessary correction be made in order dated 06.01.2020. After correction of the cause title and in the order, it be freshly uploaded.

The application is disposed of.
