This is an application for modification of the interim order dated 28.11.2014.

Learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, who appears on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 and Learned counsel Shri T.S. Deshpande, who appears on behalf of the respondent no.6 seek time to file reply.

However, since an identical order is passed by the Division Bench at the Principal Seat, we are inclined to modify the order dated 28.11.2014. The interim order dated 28.11.2014 shall now run as under:

"Until further orders, the effect and operation of the communication dated 06.08.2012 issued by the Government of India, ministry of Labour & Employment, Directorate General of Employment & Training is hereby stayed.
