By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition which is imposed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail on the ground that he is having ailing father and there is nobody to look after him as well as his wife is also suffering from mental disorder requiring continuous care. The condition that the applicant shall not enter in the area of Deulgaon Raja Taluka was imposed considering the apprehension of tampering of the witnesses. At this stage, no ground is made out to relax the condition. 2.

The liberty is granted to the applicant to approach to this Court after the evidence of injured is recorded.
