Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The prayers made in the petition is for direction to be issued to the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Akola - respondent No.2 to decide the proposals seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner Nos.3 to 10 from unaided school to aided school as well as to the appointment of petitioner No.11 on the post of Head Master. The said proposals insofar as the petitioner Nos.3 to 1 are concerned is dated 18.03.2019 and 22.06.2020. Insofar as the petitioner No.11 is concerned the proposal is dated 03.01.2022.

In the aforesaid facts the interest of justice would be served by directing the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid proposals within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order.

The decision be taken after giving due opportunity to the petitioners in accordance with law.

The decision taken on the said proposals shall be communicated to the petitioners. The parties to act accordingly. 6.
