HAQ, J.

DATED : 18-04-2016 Heard Shri J.S. Wankhede, Advocate for the applicant and Shri A.D. Sonak, Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant/State.

Though there is inordinate delay of 4020 days in filing the criminal revision application challenging the judgment passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge dismissing the appeal filed by the applicant and maintaining the judgment passed by the learned Magistrate, convicting the applicant for offence punishable under Section 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, I find that the applicant has given sufficient explaination for not filing the revision earlier. Therefore, the delay is condoned.

Criminal Application is allowed.

2 appr9.16 Criminal Revision Application No. of 2016. Issue notice, returnable on 11-07-2016.

Shri A.D. Sonak, Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice for the non-applicant.
