Heard learned Advocate for the appellant and learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Perused the application.

This is an application in disposed of appeal for correction of first names of respondent Nos. 3 and 4. It is stated that the respondents have realized the mistake as to the names of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 when the documents of KYC submitted for getting the amount of share of respondent Nos. 3 and 4. It is stated that the first name of respondent No. 3 is Ranjanabai but in the claim application and memo of appeal it was wrongly typed as 'Ranjita'. Similarly, the first name of respondent

2 12.caf.247.2024 No. 4 is Anusayabai but in the claim application and memo of appeal it was wrongly typed as 'Ansabai'. The application is supported by the documents such as Adhar Card and Pan Card. In view of this, the application is allowed.

The name of respondent No.3 is allowed to be corrected as 'Ranjanabai' and the name of respondent No.4 is allowed to be corrected as 'Anusayabai' in the memo of appeal and in the claim application.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
