The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Debts Recovery Tribunal has become functional and seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

We note that the interim order dated 31 January 2022 passed in this Petition was a self-operative order, conditional upon deposit of the amount. The amount was not deposited and the interim order had already stood vacated.
