After arguing for some time, learned Advocate for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to reiterate the request as made in the application again after filing of the charge-sheet. The criminal application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is clarified that the non-applicant No.1 is at liberty to file the charge-sheet.
