This is an application made by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of amount of compensation with accrued interest deposited in this Court.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the respondent No. 1 is allowed to withdraw 75 % of the amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
