Shukre, J Dated : April 11, 2017 After hearing this matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Application with liberty for the applicant to surrender himself to the custody of the concerned Court having jurisdiction in the matter and he prays that till that time, interim protection granted earlier may be continued in favour of the applicant.
Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. Interim protection granted to the applicant by this Court is continued for a period of one week from today or till the applicant surrenders himself to the custody of the concerned Court having jurisdiction in the matter, whichever is earlier.
