The applicants, who are the new Trustees, who claim to have been appointed by Resolution dated 6/2/2011 and who claim to be still continuing with the affairs of the Trust- respondent no.2, seek to be added as respondents, to which learned Counsel for the petitioner has no objection. 2.

In view of the same, the civil application is allowed. The necessary corrections be carried out in the petition, by the end of this week. On the intervenors being added, Mrs. Khisti, learned Counsel waives notices for the added respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to delete the respondent nos.2-1, 2-5, 2-6 and 2-7, who are reported to be no more.The said respondents are allowed to be deleted at the risk of the petitioners.
