This is an application filed by respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 6 seeking permission for withdrawal of amount of Rs.4,10,998/- with accrued interest. In this application, it is stated that the amount of Rs.68,376/- be refunded to appellant.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. 4.

The respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 6 are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,10,998/- with accrued interest.

The amount of share of respondent Nos. 1, 3, 5

2 16.caf.250.2024 and 6 be paid over to the respondent No. 4 who is constituted attorney for the respondent Nos. 1, 3, 5 & 6. The amount of Rs.68,376/- be paid to the appellant. 6.
