The appellant has moved this application for speaking to the minutes with the prayer to correct the inadvertent mistake in paragraph No.11(ii) of the judgment. By the directions in paragraph No.11(ii) of the judgment, it is directed that the benefits as per the judgment shall be made available to the appellant in both the appeals till 25.03.2020 which in fact should have been 25.03.2021. Apparently, it is inadvertent mistake and is required to be corrected.

The correction be carried out accordingly in the judgment and certified copy of the judgment be given to the parties without any charges.
