2) We are of the view that purpose of this criminal application shall be served by issuing direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of concerned criminal case. Accordingly, we direct the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.7, Nagpur or the concerned Presiding Officer of the criminal Court on whose file R.C.C. No.303193/2015 is pending, to dispose of the said criminal case expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
